1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jijibd platform at jijibd.app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. jijibd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2.Eligibility and Registration

To use jijibd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial recreation.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jijibd or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account closed by jijibd for breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify jijibd promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jijibd account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account. jijibd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify jijibd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

jijibd reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership, within the timeframe specified by jijibd.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

jijibd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 or as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 or as displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• jijibd reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• Processing times are indicative only and may vary depending on payment provider availability, verification status, and transaction volume.

jijibd does not accept deposits made using proceeds of any illegal activity. Any suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account will be suspended immediately, with any balance held pending investigation.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

jijibd may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jijibd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Seasonal promotions referencing events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, or the T20 World Cup are time-limited and subject to individual promotion terms.

jijibd's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final. Players who are found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or otherwise acting in bad faith may have their bonuses cancelled and winnings forfeited.

6.Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on jijibd are subject to the specific rules for each game or market, as published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. General rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jijibd will not reverse or void bets except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game display, or software malfunction — jijibd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may vary by product, player tier, and market type.
• For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), bets will be settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• jijibd uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games, including slots, table games, and virtual sports. The fairness of all RNG-based games is validated independently.
• Live casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and procedures for live games are governed by those studios and are displayed within the game interface.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jijibd. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to jijibd through your payment provider.
• Using your account to launder money or fund any illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful without the express permission of jijibd.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors on the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jijibd immediately at [email protected].

8.Responsible Gaming

jijibd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services offered on the platform. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gaming has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the jijibd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation of such content, is the property of jijibd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from jijibd without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the platform.
• Use jijibd's brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jijibd, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Losses arising from bets placed during a technical error that has been subsequently voided under these Terms.

jijibd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jijibd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

jijibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed following written notice to the registered email address).

12.Privacy and Data

jijibd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described therein. 13.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of jijibd, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. jijibd will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. jijibd's decision on any dispute shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be final and binding.

14.Amendments to These Terms

jijibd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
